Exceptional everything - from the welcome to the farewell Astrid and her team excel in every area. The food is amazing and one of the best meals we've had. The wine list impeccable. Fleet will soon be recognised as one of the best restaurants in Australia I have no doubt. Will definitely be back!!

A very special restaurant - The chef delivers a beautifully curated and delicious menu, showcasing local seasonal produce and the wine list is paired perfectly. Staff were warm and we can not wait to visit again!

Another outstanding experience at Fleet, this time for my 50th birthday. Highly recommended! Food is exceptional and the dining experience is more akin to being part of live theatre!

Over priced. Whispering staff explaining the dish but barely audible. Is dessert included or not? No clear answer. I really don't understand the good reviews that this restaurant enjoys. I don't recommend.

Creative food and great staff however dishes in are hit and miss and at the price I really think they should be all hit! Also drinks are extremely overpriced. Could be 5 star by slightly lowering price's.
